This new kid on the block has quickly captured the hearts of locals. Order a flight of whiskey or moonshine to help wash down their Southern-inspired burgers and sides.
If you’re wondering what all the “LU” stickers are on cars and signs around Jacksonville Beach, you’ll quickly find them leading you to Taco Lu – one of the go-to foodie and hangout spots in town. It’s menu is filled with flavorful Mexican dishes, it’s atmosphere is fun (and filled with tequila) and it’s perfect for dates, family brunches and pretty much anything else.
Green Room is located just three from the beach, making it a great starting or end point for happy hour or night out with its live music, laid back crowd and game room in the back.
For classic tiki drinks (you have to try the Three Dots and a Dash as well as the Zombie), craft cocktails and local brews galore, head to new-to-the-block Flask and Cannon. The trivia nights are fierce, the happy hours satisfying, and the live music always on point.
Pay a small fee to get access for fishing, or just walk the beach near the pier then head to one of the nearby bars or restaurants.
