Why Work With Me?

I know the Jacksonville market. What are homes selling for in your ideal neighborhood? Is that area rising or falling in values? What’s happening around the community that could affect my home’s value? Is this a good deal? I make it my business to learn everything that’s moving in the local market each and every day, and I love to share.

I’m proactive. I never want my clients to miss out on a listing that could have been their ideal home. You’ll have full access to everything on the MLS, get daily listing updates of the newest homes hitting the market, and if we aren’t seeing what you want, I have systems to help us find listings that other buyers are missing.

I’m all about strategy and not afraid of negotiating. Failing to plan is planning to fail in my book, so I want to make sure my clients are confident in each and every step they’ll be going through during the homebuying process. We’ll talk over all available options, submit a strong offer and when it comes time to negotiate, we’ll be ready with the numbers and facts to back everything up.

I work with a great team. I believe in surrounding myself with the best home team possible, so you’ll have access to my network of lenders, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, handymen and more. As an agent with Keller Williams Atlantic Partners, I also have a full staff behind me to help us get to the closing table.
